Before requesting a refund review

Check your PayPal receipt and the order status in your dashboard first. A payment can remain pending while confirmation is completed; use Verify Payment on the pending order rather than paying again.

What to keep

For any payment or access review, keep the PayPal receipt, package name, and purchase date. This lets the request be checked against the verified order without asking you to share payment credentials.
